2025 TRRS GOLD models to have FUEL INJECTION option.

In a clever move from Jordi Tarres and the Team at TRRS the 2025 premium GOLD models have just been announced with the choice of Fuel Injection or traditional carburettor.
Widely predicted due to the introduction of EURO 6 pollution reduction requirements, fuel injection has been added as an option on the 2025 GOLD model range. The GOLD bikes have always been the benchmark for a premium bike with no corners ever being cut on their componentry. The GOLD has always been endowed with the highest quality and best performing parts, and TRS have really stretched the performance envelope in many areas of the new 2025 bike.
Apart from the fuel injection options there is a raft of what looks like excelllent improvements in many areas of the bike.
On a read through the press release offered up this morning they have really gone in hard in these tough economic times, to not stagnate like most of the Trials competion, but are committed to improvements and gains right across the bike range. I applaude their willingness and strive for perfection, when many are happy with "bold new graphics" and very little else from year to year. Bravo!

The arrival of the new fuel injected version does not replace, but complements the range, allowing each rider to choose between the direct response and mechanical simplicity of the carburettor, or the efficiency and precision offered by the new electronic injection. In addition, the carburettor model will receive many of the structural and mechanical improvements developed for this generation, further consolidating its performance and dynamic behaviour. |
CYCLE PART Evolution of the chassis: New forging of the cylinder tie rod and new design of the chassis arms. New steering plates: Redesign of the new upper and lower steering plates, reducing the weight of the whole and making a difference with the previous version. Use of advanced materials: Components made of forged carbon such as the filter box, mudguard bridge and exhaust protector, achieving a reduction in weight, improving structural strength and providing a very different aesthetic. |
Translucent fuel tank: Allows direct viewing of the fuel level and integrates the fuel pump inside. Optimised braking and shifting system: New, set-back brake calliper for improved control over the rear brake, together with a redesigned shift lever. Rear suspension system: Shock absorber wishbone made from forged aluminium with red anodised finish, ensuring greater rigidity and durability. Renewed undershield: New crankcase guard for the new advanced engine for easier mounting and improved impact resistance. |
ENGINE Engine redesign: New TRS cylinder with optimised transfers, increased water passages for improved cooling, new cylinder head with realigned water pipe outlet and revised angle, as well as reinforced cylinder head internals. Available in two displacements 250cc and 300cc. Improved cooling system: Needle cage-less water pump assembly for improved stability and durability at shaft rotation. Improved mass distribution: Advanced crankcases optimise weight distribution, improving the overall handling of the bike. Improved electric starter system: New starter motor and machined support, which increase the reliability and robustness of the assembly.
